These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Food Daddy (located in George Town, Grand Cayman) and users of our digital platforms, including online ordering, table reservations, and catering inquiries. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
All prices are listed in Cayman Islands Dollars (KYD) or United States Dollars (USD) as specified at checkout. While we endeavor to ensure complete pricing accuracy, prices, menu availability, and culinary ingredients are subject to change without prior notice based on seasonal fresh supply and market conditions.
When submitting an online order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to use the chosen payment method. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact and delivery details.
Our kitchen crafts items containing dairy, nuts, seeds, seafood, and gluten. While we take extreme care with dietary notes, cross-contact may occur. Please notify our staff explicitly of severe allergies prior to dining.
Reservations made via our online booking system or phone are held for a maximum grace period of 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation time before the table may be released to waiting walk-in guests.
All logos, trademarks, brand names ("FOOD DADDY"), graphics, website code, and visual designs are the proprietary property of Food Daddy or its content licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Food Daddy shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, unforeseen delivery delays caused by adverse weather conditions or traffic congestion, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Cayman Islands.
